Ignacio Odriozola

Founding partner and Director of LIM global

With the foundation of LIM global in 2000 Ignacio decided to apply his problem solving capacity to complex executive searches and consulting projects for clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, in-vitro diagnostics and veterinary industry.

Ignacio is chemical engineer and holds an executive MBA of IESE Business School, Barcelona, Spain. Prior to starting up LIM global he has 15 years of significant senior management experience in the health care sector.

He has had worldwide responsibilities in logistics, manufacturing, quality and regulatory affairs and successfully performed in international commercial roles in the Life Science sector.

Ignacio has managed multinational matrix organizations and has hands-on experience with the particularities of medium-size and family-owned businesses. He worked and lived in Spain, Italy and the USA.

Michael Thiele

Founding partner and Director of LIM global

Since the foundation of LIM global in 2000 Michael has provided leadership for high value-added executive searches and consulting assignments in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, in-vitro diagnostics and veterinary industry.

Michael is an economist and MBA of IESE Business School, Barcelona, Spain with over 10 years of management experience in the biomedical sector prior to founding LIM global.

He has held General Management positions and senior roles in international Sales & Marketing.

Michael has firsthand experience in large Multinationals as well as SME and Start-ups in Life Sciences. Michael worked and lived in Germany, Austria, France, USA and Spain.
